Register for Fit & Strong! Workshops

This 8- or 12-week workshop is designed to help participants exercise safely, improve daily function, and manage joint pain and stiffness. Topics covered
include strength training, aerobic exercise, overcoming barriers, fall prevention, maintaining an active lifestyle and managing pain.

Virtual: Fit & Strong @ Home

  • Online Zoom delivery, Requirement: must have reliable internet and audio/visual capability
  • Access to online workshop portal
  • Equipment provided
  • Led by trained Fit & Strong! Instructors
  • 90-minute, live group exercise and education sessions
  • Workshop held 3-times per week for 8 weeks or 2-times per week for 12 weeks
  • Certificate of Completion
  • You will be asked to complete a survey before and after the workshop
