Register for Chronic Pain Workshops
This 6-week workshop is designed to help participants live a healthy life with chronic pain by managing their symptoms. This program teaches new strategies that will give participants the confidence, motivation, and skills needed to manage living with chronic pain. Workshops are highly participative, where mutual support and success build the participants’ confidence in their ability to manage their health and maintain active and fulfilling lives.
- Held over video-conference. Requirement: must have reliable internet connection and audio/visual capability

- 6–12 participants per workshop group

Walk With Ease is a community-based, walking program designed to engage participants to maintain a successful walking program. Workshops include health education, stretching, and group or self-guided walking.
Fit & Strong!
A community-based, fall prevention physical activity program designed to help participants exercise safely, improve daily function and manage joint pain and stiffness. Workshops include a multi-component approach, with flexibility, strength training, aerobics, health education and group discussion all included.
