Physical Activity:

Register for EnhanceFitness

EnhanceFitness is an evidence-based group exercise and falls prevention program that focuses on dynamic cardiovascular exercise, strength training, balance, and flexibility. A typical one-hour session includes a warmup, aerobic workout, cool down, strength training, stretching, dynamic and static balance exercises, and social opportunity.


In-Person

  • All levels of fitness welcome, repeat participants encouraged!
  • 1-hour sessions 2 or 3 times per week for 16 weeks
  • Led by certified CPR and EnhanceFitness instructors
  • Completion is based on 22 classes completed within 16 weeks
  • You will be asked to complete a survey before and after the workshop
  • Required equipment per participant: cuff weights

Virtual
