Register for Chronic Pain Workshops

Workshop Details:

  • 6-week program
  • 2.5-hour weekly sessions
  • Co-led by two BCBH-SD certified lay leaders
  • Small group format
  • FREE supplemental materials
  • Certification of Completion
  • You will be asked to complete a survey before and after the workshop
  • [Virtual Workshops ONLY] Requirement: must have reliable Internet connection and audio/visual capability.

Self-Study options are available. Participating in our in-person and virtual workshops is the best way to take full advantage of our evidence-based curriculum conducted by trained leaders. You’ll also benefit from group interaction with caregivers and others who deal with similar challenges and conditions. However, alternate options are available for small groups or self-study upon request.

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention
